However, the hot springs available for guest use were often crowded, especially during peak hours. The staff at the reception area seemed overwhelmed during check-in, which slowed down the process significantly. Also, the hot tub in our room was merely warm rather than hot, slightly disappointing. They could greatly improve by offering better staff training and addressing the hot springs availability issue during busy times. The service at the buffet was attentive, though, which helped balance the experience.

Had a nice time relaxing in the hot springs! ! The room was comfy and the buffet spread was surprisingly tasty. The staff at the bar were super friendly too! Just a heads up, the hot springs close early if you’re not staying overnight, so plan accordingly. All in all, good for a short getaway.

The hot springs were such a delightful surprise, and I really loved the oversized bath in our Junior Suite.
